Kiffin shared some unprompted nutritional advice with reporters on Monday

During Monday's press conference, Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin became engaged with an interesting topic. During a break in the media's questions, Kiffin began staring at a bottle of Coke and asked, "Does anyone drink Coke?

"You guys have 130 percent of your sugar for your entire day is in this one bottle," Kiffin added.

The bottle of Coke was placed at the podium due because the soda has been an NCAA sponsor since 2002.

After Kiffin spoke about the sugar contents of a bottle of Coke, he was asked about the last time he drank some of the popular soft drink. Back in 2021, Kiffin lost 30 pounds prior to the regular season. The Ole Miss coach wanted to send the right message to his players about taking better care of themselves.
