TCU has added Dana Holgorsen and Todd Graham to its staff in off-field roles, coach Sonny Dykes announced. The pair bring extensive head coaching experience to the Horned Frogs and will work as analysts and advanced scouts as the team looks to rebound from a disappointing 5-7 season.

Holgorsen is known as an offensive mind, while Graham is a longtime defensive coordinator. However, Dykes will have each working with the opposite side of the ball in order to diagnosis and expose weaknesses, according to ESPN.

Graham has a longstanding relationship with Dykes, going back years to his beginnings as a high school coach in Texas. The Mesquite, Texas, native last held a coaching job at Hawaii in 2021 and also had stops at Rice, Tulsa, Pittsburgh and Arizona State, where he faced off against Dykes, who was then the coach at Cal. Graham has a 106-72 career record. He resigned from Hawaii after allegations of player mistreatment.

Holgorsen is a longtime Big 12 coach who worked with Dykes as a fellow assistant under Mike Leach at Texas Tech. He led West Virginia into its first Big 12 season in 2012 and later helped transition Houston to the conference. He was fired after a 4-8 campaign in 2023. TCU becomes the fifth Big 12 stop for Holgorsen.
