Another week, another bonehead decision by Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis, who cost his team points in the second quarter of the Week 2 game against the New York Jets.

With the Titans leading the Jets 7-0 in the second quarter, the Titans were in the red zone at the Jets' six-yard line before Levis struck again after he made one of the worst decisions you will ever see a quarterback make last week.

As he was about to go down behind the line of scrimmage, Levis flicked the ball out to running back Tyjae Spears, but Spears couldn't handle it and the ball hit the ground, allowing the Jets to recover the fumble.

Here's a look at the play.

Of course, Levis was the culprit in last week's loss to the Chicago Bears, as he turned the ball over three times. One of them was an inexcusable pick-six that gave the Bears the lead and helped the Titans lose a game in which they didn't give up a touchdown on defense.

"Bonehead play," Levis said of the pick-six last week. "Just recency bias from getting away with it the last time I did in the game. Just trying to throw it in the dirt, and when you're getting taken down, you don't know what's going to happen with the ball when it comes out. Was really just trying to dirt it. In that situation, you try to handle it with a zero check or something. First time bringing zero to the ballgame or just take the sack. Might be one of those times to just take the sack. So one the things of a lot of the things that I can learn from this game."

"We were playing so good on defense," Callahan said Monday. "It's almost as if we just punted it on first-and-10 every time, we might've won the game the way that we gave it away."

Levis has got to learn to live to fight another play or else he's going to find himself on the bench sooner rather than later.
