Matt Ryan looks like a proud dad as Falcons drive down to win vs. Eagles
As the ESPN Monday Night Football crew of Joe Buck and Troy Aikman enjoyed the company of Philadelphia Eagles great Jason Kelce, the ManningCast decided to get an Atlanta Falcons great to join their show. Falcons legend and NFL on CBS analyst Matt Ryan joined the Mannings for the Falcons' week two showdown. Little did they know they would witness the first of hopefully many signature moments in the Kirk Cousins era of Falcons football. As Atlanta had the ball with 99 seconds to go, Cousins needed only 65 to drive the Falcons 70 yards in six plays to give them the go-ahead touchdown to a waiting Drake London, who himself couldn't believe he had caught the ball. As it all transpired, Ryan watched on with the Mannings, grinning like a proud dad the entire time.
Peyton Manning, Eli Manning and Matt Ryan watching the game-winning Falcons drive is great TV.

Watching Ryan and Manning, two quarterbacks among the top four in career quarterback comebacks (Ryan 4th with 38, Manning 2nd with 43, even Eli Manning is tied with Brett Favre at 16th with 27) dissect Atlanta's play-calling and Cousins' quarterbacking was cinematic.
Ryan pointing out that Cousins was able to calm down due to the quarterback "not thinking" despite being in a new offense. The Mannings arguing over whether or not the offense is scoring too fast, it made for a great segment.
But at the end of the day, Ryan was able to watch the franchise that he helped build. A team that had never had back-to-back playoff appearances before he arrived, go down and stun a potential Super Bowl contender in their home opener.
That had to have felt good.
